What is CEO Partnering and How does it Work:
The Fremont Group becomes the intermediary between the operations and you as the Owner. You work with your Success Partners and the TFG staff who oversees the management of the business. TFG Success Partners are experienced professionals who have “been there and done that.” Through the TFG proprietary management system they are able to control of the important functions of the company. After familiarizing themselves with the company and implementing any required changes to systems, procedures or controls TFG then oversees the daily management and reports to the Owner. This is typically accomplished through three, weekly Zoom Conferences between your Success Partner and your site management. The meetings are a mandatory reporting and questioning session hosted by TFG. Each week they examine Financial Results, Sales Results and Operations Results. Management has scripted reporting required supplemented by the financial results produced through our accounting department. Your Success Partner hosts the meetings and reports weekly to the Owner or immediately if there is an issue. It is optional as to the Owner being in the conferences but the Owner and Success Partner schedule a weekly up-date meeting.. Through this proprietary system, TFG minimizes the potential for inaccurate reporting—management has to answer the hard questions and finds it very difficult to cover up problems or issues.
