The Fremont Group is a non-profit organization serving small business owners nationwide for over 20 years. We work with the owners of small businesses to provide them with quality professional services at an affordable investment. Our services are provided by a network of Success Partners--experienced individuals who "have been there and done that." TFG does not focus on any individual industry--we assume that you have the technical knowledge--rather we deal with the the owners and help them achieve their goals.

Our consulting, mentoring and coaching services commence with an Initial Consultation learning about your business and your goals and produces with the owner a customized Action Plan of the tasks needed to accomplish their goals. It matters not what we want--our goal is to get you what you want. From there we take a "client for life" approach guiding you and providing whatever assistance is appropriate.

Our Board is headed by our founder and Executive Director, Dirk Dieters. Mr Dieters has over 25 years of small business management consulting experience. Academically he has an undergraduate degree in Economics, a law degree and prior certifications in real estate, health insurance, and securities (series 7). He has worked for management consulting firms and in investment banking. He is also the author of "Minding My Own Business." He is joined by Ron Mills, former small business management consultant, Jerry Payton attorney and Moira White educator and former banker.
The core business of TFG has our Success Partners providing consulting, coaching and mentoring services to small business owners. Our work includes intensive projects as required and a weekly, on-going relationship. Clients have the option of having the services provided by teleconference or on-site. First the Success Partner identifies the current state of the business through interviews, financial analysis and proprietary information gathering devices and also clearly identifies the goals of ownership. Together an Action Plan is developed to address the "rocks in the road" that provide obstacles to the accomplishment of those goals. Success is the obtainment of those goals; failure is not attaining those goals. As required intensive assistance is available but the consistent reinforcement through weekly teleconferences and focus points is an invaluable service.
A common issue for small businesses is getting timely, accurate and usable information from their accounting. The TFG staff can provide out-sourced Quick Books accounting supplemented with customized reporting and reviewed weekly with your Success Partner. This service provides the managerial information that an owner needs that is uninterrupted by vacations, turnover, illness or incompetence and at a cost significantly less than the cost of employees.
The Fremont Group provides to their clients a Webinar Series based upon the book, "Minding My Own Business." The webinars guide owners through the Six Responsibilities of the Small Business Owner.. The Webinars are available live or on our Patreon site--www.patreon.com/TheFremontGroup. On that side our patrons and the public have access to webinars and informative posts to guide them through common issues. TFG also maintains a Facebook page.
The TFG network of referrals include sources of financing, tax and legal advice.
