We don't specialize by industry; we assume you have the technical knowledge already. We work with you, the owner, to help you achieve your goals.

Every relationship starts with an Initial Consultation to learn about your business and your goals, and produces a customized Action Plan of the tasks needed to get there. What we want doesn't factor in — our job is to get you what you want. From there, we take a client-for-life approach, staying with you and adjusting as your business and goals change.

Success Partners work with owners through intensive projects and an ongoing weekly relationship, delivered by teleconference or on-site. We identify where the business stands today, clarify ownership's goals, and build an Action Plan to clear the obstacles in between.
Timely, accurate, usable financial information is a common gap for small businesses. Our accounting division — now its own company, TFG Bookkeeping — provides QuickBooks accounting with customized reporting, reviewed weekly with your Success Partner, at a fraction of the cost of an employee.
We run a webinar series based on Minding My Own Business, walking owners through the Six Responsibilities of the Small Business Owner. Webinars are available live or on our Patreon, where patrons and the public can also find informative posts on common ownership issues. TFG also maintains a network of referrals for financing, tax, and legal advice.
