START WITH A BUSINESS ASSESSMENT!

What is a Business Assessment?

A Business Assessment determines the appropriateness of a relationship between your business and The Fremont Group.[1]A Success Partner meets with you on your premises on Day One. During that day your SP gets to know you, your goals, your staff and your business. This is accomplished through a questionnaire that is provided to you and to your key employees prior to the meeting and then through observation and through confidential interviews with your staff. On the second morning you and your SP identify an Action Plan designed to get you from where you are to where you want to go. If appropriate the plan will include a continued relationship with The Fremont Group.

Why should I do a Business Assessment?

The BA provides you with an experienced, third-party opinion of your strengths and weaknesses and their affect upon your ability to obtain your goals. Our SP’s all have advanced degrees, a minimum of 15 years of management mentoring, coaching or consulting and a network of TFG SP’s to draw upon. You may also develop a relationship with your SP that will continue to be invaluable.

Do I have to do my Accounting through TFG?

No. Our accounting division is a separate entity however TFG360 ties together your accounting and our consulting in a very beneficial manner.

What is the obligation beyond the Business Assessment?

None. TFG may recommend a continued relationship but you are under no obligation to accept it nor is TFG under any obligation to offer a continued relationship to you. The TFG criteria for a continued relationship includes: (1) Is there a motivated owner who desires assistance? (2) Would a continued relationship benefit the owner?

What is the required investment?

(1) The BA requires an investment of one-thousand nine-hundred fifty dollars ($1,950.00). The investment is payable upon booking. It includes all expenses, including travel. If rebooking is required by the client an additional five-hundred dollars ($500.00) is required. All payments are non-refundable.

(2) If you proceed to an on-going relationship you are required to subscribe to the TFG patreon website.[2] This site is our blog and provides webinars, educational materials. With this you also receive a regularly scheduled Zoom consultation during which you discuss you progress on the Action Plan, any issues that have arisen and typically both you and your SP are given an “assignment” for the next Zoom conference. The cost of this benefit is two-hundred ninety-five dollars ($295.00) per month.

(3) From time to time you may choose to have your SP come back to your location for continued work. Follow-up engagements are for two and one-half days each. The current investment for such engagements is three-thousand nine-hundred and fifty dollars ($3,950.00) per engagement again inclusive of all expenses and with the same terms.
