[2] Blackstone Country Club is a private club located at the east end of Smokey Hill Road about 3 miles east of E470.  (Allow20 minutes from Parker & Arapahoe.) There is a Starbucks inside.  Proper golf attire is required.

The Fremont Group is a non-profit corporation committed to providing quality management consulting services to small business owners.  Through their generous work, clients received subsidized fees for professional services.

Our success partners averages 15 years of experience—working specifically with small businesses.  All have advanced degrees and extensive, personal experience in ownership of a small business or in the management of a division of a larger company.  Our targeted client is the owner of a business on the Front Range of Colorado metropolitan area doing $500,000 to $10 million in revenues; with 5-100 employees.

Services offered by our Success Partners

• Workshops. Dirk Dieters, managing partner of TFG Denver volunteers his time to host Workshops for The Fremont Group.  He leads you through an examination of your business.  “Minding My Own Business” is both the title of workshops and the title of the best selling book by Dirk Dieters.  Used as the framework for the workshop we examine your business in the context of the six responsibilities of the small business owner.  Attendees at the Workshop are guaranteed to come away from the session with something that they can immediately use in their business.

The workshop fees are the major source of funding for The Fremont Group.

• Business Physicals.  Following the Workshops we can come into your company for two, reduced rate sessions.  In the first session we typically complete a financial analysis of your company, conduct an employee survey of issues, and come to understand the unique aspects of your business.  In the second session we present the findings of the work, reach an agreement with you as to the issues facing your company, and present an Action Plan for addressing those issues.

Our fee for a business assessment is reduced for clients who have completed a workshop.

• Engagements.  The Action Plan is implemented in half-day sessions by the same consulting team that performed your Business Assessment.  Work is typically competed in two to four weeks.  Owners who have completed or even contemplated consulting work with some out-of-state companies understand the value of having the work done locally.  Scheduling flexibility, no travel costs, on-going telephone conferences all result in a significantly better value to the client and a significantly lower cost.

The monthly rate for engagements is often subsidized by The Fremont Group.  Prior to presenting the Action Plan, you are automatically submitted for consideration of a reduced rate.

• Mentoring.  Often times the most important part of our work comes from the relationship that established between an owner and our team  Sometimes the greatest value that we provide for our clients is in the follow-up to the Action Plan.  After a project, you have a relationship with a professional who understands your business, understands your people and understands you.  Sessions are often scheduled where the owner simply has the opportunity to talk about things—problems often are solved by merely talking them through.

The hourly rate for mentoring services is often subsidized by The Fremont Group.  You will be automatically submitted for consideration of a reduced hourly rate.
