The Fremont Group is a non-profit corporation committed to providing quality management consulting, coaching and mentoring services to small business owners. Through their generous work, clients received subsidized fees for professional services. The Fremont Group works nation-wide with offices in numerous local locations. We are ready to provide you with you own Success Partner–a professional you can trust.
The Success Partners of TFG average 15 years of experience working specifically with small business owners. All have advanced degrees and extensive, personal experience in ownership of a small business or in the management of a division of a larger company. Our targeted client is the owner of a business doing $500,000 to $10 million in revenues; with 5-100 employees.
Most of our work–including Workshops–is completed on your site.

We believe that the only reason for your business to exist is to make your life better. We want to examine with you the aspects of your business that are making your life better and the aspects of your business that are making your life worse and then work with you to expand on those things that are making your life better and help eliminate those things that are making your life worse.

Our Services
- Workshops. TFG Success Partners lead you through an examination of your business. “Minding My Own Business” is both the title of workshops and the title of the best selling book by Dirk Dieters. Used as the framework for the workshop we examine your business in the context of the six responsibilities of the small business owner. Attendees at the Workshop are guaranteed to come away from the session with something that they can immediately use in their business.
The Fremont Group receives funds from donations, book sales and Workshops. Check out the workshop page for current pricing.
- Annual Business Physical. The Fremont Group is a membership organization consisting of small business owners. Each member is eligible to receive a two-day Business Physical. In the first session we typically complete a financial analysis of your company, conduct an employee survey of issues, and come to understand the unique aspects of your business. In the second session we present the findings of the work, reach an agreement with you as to the issues facing your company, and present an Action Plan for addressing those issues.

Consulting/Coaching/Mentoring/Family Business Counseling. The Action Plan is implemented in half-day sessions by your Success Partner. We develop long-term working relationships with our clients. You retain your Success Partners in three-month intervals. Owners who have completed or even contemplated consulting work with some of the expensive, private, out-of-state companies will appreciate our subsidized fees. Scheduling flexibility, reduced travel expenses, on-going telephone conferences and emails all result in a significantly better value to the client and a significantly lower cost.
The rates for on-site professional services performed by our Success Partners is subsidized by The Fremont Group. Prior to presenting the Action Plan, you are automatically submitted for determination of your reduced rate.
- Mentoring. Often times the most important part of our work comes from the relationship that established between an owner and their Success Partner. The greatest value that we provide for our clients is in the follow-up to the Action Plan. Working with your Success Partner you develop a relationship with a professional who understands your business, understands your people and understands you. Sessions are often scheduled where the owner simply has the opportunity to talk about things—problems often are solved by merely talking them through.
