Compare Your Management with the National Norms
Attached is an Excel Spreadsheet. (To properly run you may need to enable content.) To take the self-evaluation, start on the first page. Enter your company name and then answer each question with A, B or C–indicating which of the three statements best describes your company. Upon completing this page, the second page will chart your answers. The third page is a worksheet to determine the amount of “lost profit” from the “optimal profit” available to your company. The final page allows you to compare your company with the norms established from our year-long survey in 2011. We would urge you to give us a call to discuss your answers.
